Mr.Friscia helped me to save my home. He came to court and met with an arbortrator. He explained all the legal terms to me so I could understand it. I couldn't have done it on my own without Mr. Friscia's help.

My home went into foreclosure and i was scared out of my mind. From the moment i walked into Friscia's office, he made me feel calm and stated "We will work it all out". True to his word, he got my home out of foreclosure and also work out a mediation to have my monthly mortgage lowered as well as my interest rate. Two Thumbs Up!!!

I went for a consultation re: foreclosure and other extenuating issues came up. Mr. Friscia was knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. I offered to hire him to help but at the point I consulted him it was really too late. He could have strung me along I suppose (as I experienced with my previous attorney who did so for about a year and then the home foreclosed anyway without any positive impact from my attorney) I'd have hired him if I could have done it over. Hopefully this will end soon and I can move forward but I will recommend him.

I went to see Friscia and Mosoni for a mortgage modification and they were able to walk me through every step. They explained everything to me and they didnt mind me asking questions and they didnt get frustrated when I didnt understand certain things. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is dealing with mortgage problems and foreclosure. Without their help I dont know what I would have done. And the best part is they accept credit cards which made my life a lot easier.

Overall, I found this office to be quite reluctant to provide information especially as a new client purchasing their first home. I found myself constantly asking "what is next" questions back to back, prompting the office for more information. I was provided improper timelines on when I would receive documentation with no proactive updates. It seemed that the reception desk was not properly trained in customer service, and when I finally spoke with Lawerence himself (after several requests and emails) he attempted to over-talk me. Furthermore he was unable to provide "defense" for his negligence. Thankfully the paralegal, Michelle, stepped in to help him with this point. After not accepting his interruptions and raised voice while I spoke; we "amicably severed the relationship". I would have rated 1 star but I greatly appreciate his suggestion to sever the client customer relationship as he was unable to service my needs.

I was not given timely advice. It was extremely difficult to receive any information regarding my case. I was not contacted for weeks and had no idea what stage I was in or what was going on with my case. I was spoken to in a condescending manner during my attempts to contact the office regarding my case toward the end. I was extremely unhappy with the level of service or lack thereof that the office provided.

terrible never kept me informed about my case. in the time that followed he never once asked me for any of my information. when i called to ask if he had filed for discovery or requested for evidence pertaining to my trial he did not respond to my questions.i would definetly not recommend him to anyone who is going through foreclosure
