Overall, I found this office to be quite reluctant to provide information especially as a new client purchasing their first home. I found myself constantly asking "what is next" questions back to back, prompting the office for more information. I was provided improper timelines on when I would receiv...e documentation with no proactive updates. It seemed that the reception desk was not properly trained in customer service, and when I finally spoke with Lawerence himself (after several requests and emails) he attempted to over-talk me. Furthermore he was unable to provide "defense" for his negligence. Thankfully the paralegal, Michelle, stepped in to help him with this point. After not accepting his interruptions and raised voice while I spoke; we "amicably severed the relationship". I would have rated 1 star but I greatly appreciate his suggestion to sever the client customer relationship as he was unable to service my needs.

I got to this lawyer by mistake, once I was in the office I realized that I went to the wrong place when I was about to leave a lady approached me and asked me to stay and speak to the lawyer. Best decision ever. He was very approachable and gave me all the options that were there for me. They too...k my case and my mortgage company accepted the modification. They were always reachable when needed and were with me all the steps of the way. When I went there I had a sale date on my house and he stopped everything. I will recommend his service. God bless them all.

Attorney Friscia was more then helpful in my case, my home went into foreclosure and he was able to help me and my wife cruise through it with ease, they have a very special staff working with them, they were quick with response to our questions. Kailyn is the best and most reliable person to have on... your side when going through any legal issues she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was not given timely advice. It was extremely difficult to receive any information regarding my case. I was not contacted for weeks and had no idea what stage I was in or what was going on with my case. I was spoken to in a condescending manner during my attempts to contact the office regarding my... case toward the end. I was extremely unhappy with the level of service or lack thereof that the office provided.

Attorney Friscia and his staff are competent, professional, and honest. My mortgage situation was dire and Friscia and Associates listened and then gave me realistic guidance. Through their expertise and diligence, foreclosure was stopped and I am back on track with my mortgage. Not just the attorney... but his office team as well are the best!
