Bruce is indeed a straight forward attorney. He does not play any games when it comes to his clients. He displays extreme competent skills and I appreciate that. He explains in details the things you need to know when inquiring about a business. He has been my attorney for the past few months and I w...ould not trade him for anyone else. I am in the process of purchasing an operating daycare center. Bruce goes in deep into every financial documents that he request from the seller. He also concoct terms and conditions for the seller and her lawyer to agree upon, before any agreement is made. That way my anticipated purchase will be as informative, smooth and fair as possible, in order for me to make an educated decision when the time comes. He is extremely professional and I trust him 100% with this process and transaction. His responses to my emails are always prompt and when I call him, he is always available. His team is also kind and professional.

Bruce assisted me before, during and after the 341 hearing and chapter 13. He was straight forward, factual and even kept me motivated when I wanted to quit the chapter 13 plan. Thanks to him, my plan has been completed with a successful discharge. For those who leave negative reviews, I think you ne...ed to understand you are not his only client. For the record; he has always returned my calls and his staff is second to none. I would highly recommend Bruce Radowitz without hesitation.

Mr. Radowitz was to-the-point and accurate in his assessment of an error that occurred with my escrow by my mortgage company. He explained how it had happened, options I had, planned a course of action that I was comfortable with, and had me out of default in a timely manner (before things got worse ...- and with mortgage companies, things get worse). Additionally he found I was being over-charged in homeowners insurance, so he saved me money in the long run.

He is indeed peaches and cream when taking money. And a lot of it. I did ALL the work in providing documentation, management, information and even in court. I've had severe trouble in getting advice post bankruptcy for the things that come up and a straight answer regarding advice. He is indeed c...ondescending, even to people who couldn't have made his job easier. Customer service needs vast improvement. Some of his assistants, are kind and bright, it is off and on, but being the representing lawyer HE needs to return calls. I need to contact the office soon, and will happily amend if changes have been made, but the poor reviews posted were my experience as well.
