Traffic violations

Reliable and informative

I hired Scott to defend me after receiving a speeding ticket that carried 4 points. He was thoughtful, informative, and ready to fight on my behalf. The situation surrounding the ticket was quite ridiculous in my opinion, and I was happy to find comfort in Scott who agreed. He was able to clear th...e points and present the prosecutor with an offer that was reasonable for the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Scott was a pleasure to work with. I had (what I viewied as) a nonsensical ticket given by an overzealous officer. Scott got the ticket dismissed and save me A LOT of headaches & surcharges from my insurance & the state. I cant recommend him enough!

DWI Case

Absolutely grateful for having Scott represent me in my DWI case which had 2 additional charges and a very high BAC result. I was facing 7-12 mo loss of license, interlock device, and possible jail time. This was a seemingly impossible case but Scott thoroughly reviewed the procedures during my arres...t and found a break in protocol which made the BAC inadmissible. He was amazingly able to have the Prosecuter reduce my time to 3 mo suspension, and dismiss ALL of my other charges. This literally saved me a ton of money and time! I am ridiculously glad I retained him as my lawyer. Having gone into this without representation would have been a nightmare and I could have potentially received the maximum charges. I can't express how ecstatic I am with his services. He is well educated on procedures, protocol, and the ins and outs of these types of cases. Highly recommend him! Thanks so much Scott!!!!

Possession in a motor vehicle- Somerset Co

Scott did a fantastic job! I was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in a motor vehicle. Although the prosecutor was pushing me to take a conditional discharge (probation for a year) Scott advised that it was best to take the CD only once the state showed they were ready for trial.... Scott successfully got the case marked Try or Dismiss, meaning that the state had to produce lab reports and witnesses (arresting officer) 90 days after my initial plea. Sure enough, the prosecutor was unable to go to trial (no labs or witnesses) and my case was dismissed
