I was in an accident in summer 2015 and received a careless driving ticket. I received mail from Simon Law Group at the time and decided to spend over $500 for a lawyer from them---I thought this would ensure that my case would end in a way where I could at least avoid points even if I had to pay a fine. I was going to school in Virginia by fall time and could not appear in court, so I communicated with this lawyer and his associates via phone and email. I didn't feel that he was very informative nor did he put too much effort into my case. I was then asked to plead guilty, pay the fine, and on top of that I received points. I could have pleaded guilty, paid a fine, and received points WITHOUT paying over $500 for the lawyer. All in all, I was very unhappy with this experience and would not recommend this attorney to anyone dealing with driving issues.

~..after speaking to a plethora of attorneys...Steven was by far the most mindful, caring & VERY knowledgeable of laws. He was forthcoming with info. on statues, precedents & rattled off laws by heart which put me at ease but more importantly was willing to share this info which helped market him & gained my confidence in retaining him! Most attorneys don't offer any info. just make empty promises & tell you how many years they've been in the business..(yawn) Finally, Steven is also a people person, was easy to talk to him & has a sense of humor which helped lighten things ~ He will exceed your expectations.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
Over ten years ago, and before either Mr. Keppler or I entered into the practice of law, I was fortunate to call him my friend. Years later, I turned to him in a professional capacity; I was a brand new attorney working on my first large case, and he had many years of experience in that particular field. Attorney Keppler generously played the sounding board, helping me through my case with a profound level of patience and expertise. He truly cares about helping people, be they the public, or another attorney in the community. I hope to one day repay his gracious assistance should he ever need to bounce his ideas off of me.
