I was referred to Scott by friends and acquaintances for my recent traffic violations; many of whom had used his services and highly recommended him. After consulting with him, giving him all of the information I had, and listening to his advice and assessment, I hired Scott to represent me for sever...al serious moving violations totaling 10 NJ points. This means I would be only 2 points away from losing my driving privileges. I have a child to support and a job, and I was worried about losing my license. Scott showed dedication as this particular court is located an hour south of Woodbridge area. It was great to have someone from my own town to protect my rights and be willing to travel that distance to do so. At court, Scott was able to speak with the prosecutor and negotiated successfully to where several tickets were thrown out, the rest pled down, and out of the 10 points I was ticketed for, Scott got 8 of those points COMPLETELY dropped. I ended up with a mere 2 points instead of 10 and I can eventually have these removed by attending an online course. I was pleased that Scott was punctual and upbeat and got me in and out quickly. possibly the smoothest court procedure i've ever experienced in my life. scott got me in and out in less than 15 minutes in a packed court room. nonetheless, my case was heard after a few others handled by him and i am 100% sure his other clients would say the same exact thing. although i met him at... court for the first time, being that i work two jobs and that i was too busy to meet him, he treated me like i was not only a client, but a friend. i was referred to scott and robert's law firm from a good friend that i work with, and i would highly recommend him for anyone in the union/middlesex county area. the guy gets it done, period.
