Mr. Alvarez went above and beyond to ensure my DUI case was handled in a timely manner even during this pandemic! He carefully reviewed everything in the case and my reading was thrown out, giving me a much better outcome! I am extremely grateful for his services.

Best lawyer in New Jersey

Dealing with Scott and his staff was an absolute pleasure. From the day I hired him, I felt as if Scott's knowledge of the law was second to none. DUI case was dismissed, and have no one to thank but the entire Musto and Alveras team, specifically Scott.

Reasonable Suspicion and Articulable Facts

My attorney did a superb job reviewing the discovery evidence of the case including the Police Officer body cam footage and Police Reports. These efforts combined with extensive experience with DUI/DWI cases enabled Scott to file a motion to dismiss the DWI and Refusal of the Breathalyzer test. Both ...charges were dismissed. Brilliant work. Thank you Scott!

Scott is great! I was caught while drinking and he was able to get the charges dropped and was given the minimum suspension days. Very easy to get in contact with, very organized and has a nice personality. would reccommend him to everyone.
