This is my first review on Internet ever. For a possible divorce coming up, a foul Cop complaintagainst me , a completely zeroed out bank account by my (now) x wife,I had to desperately look for a divorce lawyer to seek legal help. From a disastrous life I had, this guy ( my lawyer,mr. Surti) showed... up as n angel.( reference from someone who had gone through sh it before) Him and his excellent team worked with me helping legal guidance, fighting opponent lawyers side by side, exhibits complete professionalism, with upmost respect for client, predicting the positive outcome way early in my case. ( long vision) Especially me being an immigrant doctor , my x wife threatened me everything from deportation to police case and many other aligations... At that time, after reviewing the complete case, mr Surti was confident that we will get positive results as I had done nothing wrong. One of my students, a U.S lawyer, recommended Mr. Aditya Surti who belongs to the family of lawyers/judiciary from generations. We decided to take his legal services for both divorce & green card matters of my granddaughter .He explained the pros and cons of both the cases after examining the facts... & evidences. My granddaughter was all alone in NJ while I & her parent were in India. We came to Aditya Surti's office and spoke with him in August about my father's case - an immigration/criminal case that was virtually mishandled by two previous lawyers from start to end. I had an absolutely dreadful experience working with Aditya and his legal team on my H1B case. Their incompetence and lack of attention to detail led to my application being completely mishandled, ultimately resulting in a denial. I strongly advise against seeking their services, especially since the...re are numerous other better and more trustworthy lawyers available. One of the biggest red flags is that some of his assistants can’t even speak fluent English, let alone use appropriate grammar. This raises serious concerns about their ability to properly file and comprehend complex legal documents. How can someone who struggles with basic communication be trusted with something as critical as an immigration case? The lack of professionalism and care is evident in every aspect of their service. It’s clear that this team prioritizes volume over quality, leaving clients like me to suffer the consequences. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for legal representation.
