My experience was terrible. They messed up a complex trust matter when I told Mr. Janay Max Roseman was not qualified to handle the case he said he would be the lead. He was not in 8 months they gave me less than 3 hrs of their time face to face and they would take constant phone calls. They thought ...texting was a professional way to communicate. They would disappear. They one day charge 350 then 450 then 750 an hr for attorneys with 3 yrs experience. They charge 200 an hour for people with no paralegal experience who got out of school a month before you hired them. They are always out of the office out of the country or on vacation. I am glad to see another client had problems with Mr. Roseman. He is a very arrogant person who thinks because he has a law degree of 3 years he is an expert in Trust litigation. They are not honest, they did not notify me that their rates were off the charts for sub par to work that damaged the case.

I hired Barry E. Janay for my legal issues, and let me just say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, he showed up to our initial meeting wearing a cape and claiming he was "the legal superhero" who could save my case. I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. Things got worse whe...n Barry started growling at me like a wild animal. Every time I asked a question, he’d let out a low, guttural growl, and occasionally bark like a dog. At one point, I swear he was actually mocking me with a weird howling noise while pacing around the room. I asked if he was okay, and he just replied, "I'm just tapping into my inner beast mode." I thought maybe he was having a mental breakdown, but then he started trying to "psychologically intimidate" me. He’d stare at me with unblinking eyes, then break out into maniacal laughter. It was so unsettling. During a meeting, he even grabbed a rubber chicken from his desk and waved it around like a weapon, all while shouting something about "defending with the power of absurdity." When it came to actually discussing my case, he seemed more interested in sharing stories about his childhood obsession with collecting medieval armor than anything remotely legal. His legal advice? “Just wing it, like a bird with no direction.” Very helpful. I left the office feeling more confused and terrified than ever before. If you want your case handled by someone who might just start barking at opposing counsel or wear a suit made of tin foil, then Barry E. Janay is your guy. But if you're looking for professionalism, run—don't walk—away from this nightmare.

So thankful to have had the opportunity to use barry janay and max rosemans services. Every lawyer I contacted said they couldn't help me and that I had no case when my father passed away before finishing a quitclaim deed properly and my family tried to steal what I had earned. I am forever in their... debt... they literally saved my life.

I feel fantastic about my experience. I was an emotional wreck when I first contacted Barry and his team survived all my emotional distress and helped me correct an extremely complicated will dispute. I think that any other lawyer would have told me that they couldn’t help me. Barry and Angelina an...d the rest of Barry’s team fought hard, against two people who lied, withheld facts, refused to cooperate, and even refused to communicate. Barry overturned a Will, which is extremely difficult to do. My two young children, in elementary school, will be able to have a better current situation and future situation because of Barry and Angelina and Barry’s team.
