Barry E. Janay

My experience was terrible. They messed up a complex trust matter when I told Mr. Janay Max Roseman was not qualified to handle the case he said he would be the lead. He was not in 8 months they gave me less than 3 hrs of their time face to face and they would take constant phone calls. They thought ...texting was a professional way to communicate. They would disappear. They one day charge 350 then 450 then 750 an hr for attorneys with 3 yrs experience. They charge 200 an hour for people with no paralegal experience who got out of school a month before you hired them. They are always out of the office out of the country or on vacation. I am glad to see another client had problems with Mr. Roseman. He is a very arrogant person who thinks because he has a law degree of 3 years he is an expert in Trust litigation. They are not honest, they did not notify me that their rates were off the charts for sub par to work that damaged the case.

Barry accepted a real estate purchase contract, but had very little knowledge to perform the work. He was unable to explain the clauses, what they meant and if we needed to negotiate any changes. I wasn't sure if Barry read the contract as he had no comments or edits to the contracts, while I had o...ver 20 edits that needed to be processed. Barry was also hardly available for discussions, defaulting to emails all the time, and hardly contactible over the phone during work hours. In short, Barry added no value to me as a client and was simply acting like a post box - forwarding my comments to seller and sending me the contracts sent by seller's attorney.

I was in the state of New York for work and received a traffic ticket during my stay. I was referred to Attorney Barry Janay, and he reviewed my case, informed me of everything I needed to do on my end, he stayed in communication with me the entire time of handling the case, and successfully won a no...t guilty verdict. I would definitely recommend Attorney Barry Janay for your legal needs!

We hired Mr. Janay for our inc. documents. As a lawyer, Mr. Janay didn't even sign an agreement with us detailing the details of what kind of documents/services we will receive with the $2000 fee that we were asked to pay upfront. Then we received a template that we did most of work to track oursel...ves, our company is incorporated in NY state, in all his document it says Delaware, he didn't even bother to fix that before he recycles this from last projects. On the call with us, one of our team members doesn't speak perfect English and he seemed very inpatient and frustrated. Overall, not recommended. I am sure you can find a much cheaper/free template to start your own company.
