I hired Barry E. Janay for my legal issues, and let me just say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, he showed up to our initial meeting wearing a cape and claiming he was "the legal superhero" who could save my case. I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. Things got worse whe...n Barry started growling at me like a wild animal. Every time I asked a question, he’d let out a low, guttural growl, and occasionally bark like a dog. At one point, I swear he was actually mocking me with a weird howling noise while pacing around the room. I asked if he was okay, and he just replied, "I'm just tapping into my inner beast mode." I thought maybe he was having a mental breakdown, but then he started trying to "psychologically intimidate" me. He’d stare at me with unblinking eyes, then break out into maniacal laughter. It was so unsettling. During a meeting, he even grabbed a rubber chicken from his desk and waved it around like a weapon, all while shouting something about "defending with the power of absurdity." When it came to actually discussing my case, he seemed more interested in sharing stories about his childhood obsession with collecting medieval armor than anything remotely legal. His legal advice? “Just wing it, like a bird with no direction.” Very helpful. I left the office feeling more confused and terrified than ever before. If you want your case handled by someone who might just start barking at opposing counsel or wear a suit made of tin foil, then Barry E. Janay is your guy. But if you're looking for professionalism, run—don't walk—away from this nightmare.

I want to thanks Barry and his staff for handling something for me that it was said that it couldn’t be done. They helped me with an issue no one else wanted to do. My father passed and left a will but his will wasn’t filed until years later and under New York law you have only a certain time to cont...est. And to make matters worse this was the last year to get it done. But luckily I was consulted and given hope by the staff of Barry and Janay to pursue it. And I’m glad I did because we found out I was eligible to contest and win my case thanks again Barry you are the best and will use you for future issue if any.

I hired Barry to represent me on 10/15 We agreed to a fee and communicated on tues Wed and thurs to show up at the court on 10/23 He even sent me a calender invite on 10/18 saying he will show up for the court date 10/23 Today last minute 10/19 he says I will not represent you I would not trust... this liar, as court dates are important to keep. A mans word and lawyer word is his bond and renegs at the last minute so I have no time to find another lawyer This Barry lawyer I would not trust with anything. A snake oil salesman at best Be careful who you hire and do not hire Barry.
