I had not met Jay Freireich, yet had a good "gut" feeling about him during a brief telephone conversation: he was intelligent and direct. Jay stayed the course and kept the costs as low as his could as he settled my very complex case. He told me his hourly rate would be lower than the contingency fee. HOW MANY LAWYERS would do that….
