Got 3 tickets for abandoned vehicle because tolling company tolled car away (all parking tickets were paid but somebody broke into through rear window). So car was never operated with all mentioned violations, it was parked there before license/insurance were expired. 1. driving with no insurance ...2. abandoned vehicle 3. driving with expired license.
