Erin B. Brueche (formerly Erin B. Schneiderman) is a Partner with Jardim Meisner & Susser, P.C. She is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification which is achieved by only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey.

Ms. Brueche is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Wake Forest School of Law. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the Office of Attorney General, Division of Youth and Family Services, Newark and also as a law clerk for the Board of Attorney Certifications, Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following her graduation from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, P.J.F.P., former presiding Judge of the Somerset County Family Part (now retired). Ms. Brueche is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New Jersey District Court Bar and the State of New York Bar. Since entering private practice, Ms. Brueche has been solely dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law where she represents clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, the division of assets, and all related issues.

Ms. Brueche is an active participant in the legal community. She volunteers as an expert panelist at the Soermsert County family courts in the Early Settlement Programs. 

Ms. Brueche is also the On-Air Host of RVN Television Network's "Legal Breakdown," where she breaks down legal topics to make the law relevant and accessible to everyone.

Ms. Brueche has published several articles and has been quoted in Divorce Magazine. Ms. Brueche has co-authored the published article Litigating, Negotiating and Drafting College: a Comprehensive Guide for the New Jersey Family Lawyer.

Should have hired her from Day 1!
Erin saved my life. I can honestly say her wisdom, expediency and diligence took a case that languished for a year straight into being resolved in essentially three months. I hired two lawyers prior to her who promised results and instead saddled me with $35k debt. While Erin does do a lot of her work herself (and may be costly short term), the end result is she solves cases quickly (saving you money long term). She is ethical, kind and assertive. She responds to every email, text and phone call quickly and I never felt ignored. I will forever be in her debt and she and her family will always be in my prayers!

Erin, assisted me through a recent parenting time issue. I have been divorces for over 12 years and I can say hands down, I wish I hired her form my divorce and wholeheartedly believe, had I done so, I wouldn't have been in the situation I recently found myself. She built a game plan, listened at every step to my concerns and ultimately executed on that game plan achieving my desired result. She was empathetic, strategic and tactful. If You Want The Best, Erin Should be Your Lawyer
From the very beginning of my long and arduous road to being divorced, Erin made me feel comfortable with the process. She is clearly knowledgeable and flexible. If something needs to get done, she'll make sure it is, even if you pivoted at the last minute (like I did). She is also thorough in her reviews. I a CPA, but since I'm not perfect, Erin reviewed a spreadsheet I put together and found an error that saved me thousands of dollars. Erin will get back to you when she says she will. Phone calls and emails are responded to promptly, and always pleasantly For me, the bottom line is this - if I ever needed an attorney again, Erin would be my first stop, even though I've relocated to Florida. I changed all my doctors, financial institutions, etc. but I'm not changing my lawyer. You will not regret hiring her

She is the best
I have been working with Erin for years on multiple cases. Erin amazed me every time by her professional. She can interpret client’s statements to a structural legal documents in timely manner. She can grasp the key points of the case, as well going down to the details with evidence. Complete understanding of the cases, clear thoughts, sharp responses made her outstanding in court hearing. She won one of my cases completely, defendant had to pay my attorney fee. She is amazing. I will definitely hire her again, and recommend her to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Wonderful!
Erin completely understood how to handle my narcissist ex! She saw through his lies of omission and used them as negotiation tools to wrap up the divorce in a timely fashion. The responses to my inquiries were always speedy from Erin +/or her team. She also did everything in her power to avoid unnecessary additional charges. I am so glad that fate led me to Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group. I highly recommend Erin, especially if you need a firm, respectful lawyer to deal with difficult spouses.

Excellent attorney with a heart
Erin Brueche is an excellent attorney and I am more than grateful that I chose her for representation. She was attentive and on top of every detail of my case, as well as always available to discuss my concerns and answer all of my questions. She explained every aspect of the divorce process and made sure I was comfortable with every decision moving forward; Her communication was superb. Erin Brueche - Nothing but the best!
It’s hard to know where to even begin to convey how I feel about my divorce attorney, Erin Brueche, of Weinberger Law Group. I did an extensive, almost 6-month search, but from the moment my two adult daughters and I met Erin, I knew she was “The One” I wanted to represent me in filing for divorce. I wanted an attorney who wasn’t a “shark”, but could be a “tiger”, if necessary, in a quiet, unassuming way, as my ex-spouse is passive-aggressive with financial means, and feels that twisting the truth is perfectly acceptable if it gets him what he wants. From Day One, throughout my divorce and to this day, Erin has proven to be knowledgeable, professional, competent, attentive, responsive, prompt, respectable, organized, calm, patient, reassuring, supportive, fair, honest, compassionate, warm and kind-hearted. These are just words to many, but they are who Erin is. She listened to my every word, valued my input and then expressed her opinion, gave me options, guidance and sound legal advice as to how to proceed. Her writing is superb. She definitely has a way with words and I thoroughly enjoyed being copied on her letters to opposing counsel. I could not recommend Erin more highly to anyone who needs a divorce attorney . Erin was very professional, patient and knowledgeable regarding the law and the rights of both parties. She made the process of divorce much easier than I could ever have imagined and was available throughout the process. When selecting an attorney I would suggest finding one you feel comfortable with and are willing to spend time discussing all aspects of your case. You could not find anyone better fit for this than Erin.

A Wise Choice

AWESOME, EXTRAORDINARY & COMPASSIONATE LAWYER
In my divorce case, Erin helped a lot to overcome the unnecessary and unrealistic demands of opposing party. She always kept the discussions to the point without wasting anytime on nonsense dialogue. Going through a divorce is probably one of the most overwhelming times in a person’s life, I know it was for me. Divorcing a Passive-Aggressive Narcissist
Erin provided the sound legal guidance through an almost 3 year custody and divorce nightmare. This is business - we approach it as such. Erin had the experts at hand (forensic accountants and mediators), and outlined my legal options throughout the process. Dealing with an unreasonable ex-spouse with the financial means and attitude to drag what should have been negotiated within a year was brutal. Erin, and Laura Mendonca with whom I worked during Erin's maternity leave, provided sound legal advice through the ups and downs. I highly recommend this firm. A very expensive process, so keep your therapist for the emotional and Erin for the legal. I'm very thankful.

When my husband broke the verbal agreement to split 50/50 of two properties after 30 years of marriage, I was confused and panicked. I was told I must seek professional help, or else he’d bully his way into an unfair settlement agreement. Efficient, Assertive, Professional, and Understanding
