I was dealing with a child custody case & was seeking extended parental time. This was my first time in court in a case that seemed like an on going saga. Hands Down The Best! Adam and his firm stood by my side throughout an entire year for a crucial custody battle I was going through. During this custody battle, I was facing the possibility of my son relocating to FL and custody being granted to the his mother, after my son had already been illegally ...removed from NJ by the his mother. In addition, I was accused of DV TWICE as a tactic for the plaintiff to be awarded custody. Adam also represented me in those cases and ultimately no predicate act of violence was proven by the plaintiff. Each time, Adam fought to have her (plaintiff) allegations dismissed. Adam Wiseberg was new to me as a part of the Freeman Hughes Freeman Law Firm. I was unsure about how he would do, but he turned out to be great. Adam knew family law which is what I needed.
