Great Lawyer

Adam is such a great guy. He honestly makes you feel like he is really there for you, which he is. He is very attentive and responsive and always provides in depth solutions to whatever the case may be. I had a serious traffic ticket for driving while suspended along with a few other serious tickets ...and he assisted me throughout every step leading into my court case. I am very happy with the results and would strongly recommend him to my colleagues, friends and family.

Custody and Relocation

Hands Down The Best! Adam and his firm stood by my side throughout an entire year for a crucial custody battle I was going through. During this custody battle, I was facing the possibility of my son relocating to FL and custody being granted to the his mother, after my son had already been illegally ...removed from NJ by the his mother. In addition, I was accused of DV TWICE as a tactic for the plaintiff to be awarded custody. Adam also represented me in those cases and ultimately no predicate act of violence was proven by the plaintiff. Each time, Adam fought to have her (plaintiff) allegations dismissed. I can honestly say that I would not only recommend, but without a doubt hire Adam for future family matters. He is absolutely excellent at understanding the law(s) of family court. A great speaker in the court room. Adam is very patient and understanding and works hard to make you feel confident. He will always do his best to get what you as a client deserve. Adam has great communication skills and surpassed my expectations when it came to keeping me informed and educated throughout my case(s). I was highly satisfied with his level of professionalism and the way he conducted himself in and out of the court room. Adam is very organized and takes the proper time needed to understand the facts of the case you present to him. He is rational and fair when addressing the issues between both parties. Over the course of the year, Adam and I developed a more personal relationship. He proved to me that I was more than just a client or a paycheck. Not only did he fight to keep my son in N.J, he also made it possible for me to have joint custody, not to mention the judge granted me the primary parent of residency for my child. I cannot thank Adam enough for his hard work! Because of him, I no longer have to ever worry about the parenting relationship with my son being jeopardized. Thank you very much for your endless dedication to this case and for the consistent support. With that being said Im thankful for Adam Wiseberg's services and I could not have chosen a better attorney! If you hire Adam you will not be disappointed, trust me. Excellent work!!
