Adam Wiseberg

Hired Adam through Freeman Hughes Freeman to represent me in Newark Traffic Court. I was issued a 4 point ticket by an NJ State Trooper on I-78 approaching the Exit 14 NJTP toll plaza while making my way through gridlock on my motorcycle. A 4 point violation was a ridiculous for this situation. I ...never exceeded 15 mph, meanwhile I see transit buses and tractor trailers going down the shoulder at 45 mph almost everyday at this toll plaza (which is apparently only a 2 point violation, so next time in gridlock I'll use the shoulder). Adam met with the prosecutor and negotiated a plea to lesser (no point) violation, asked the judge for minimal fine (which his honor agreed to). I went from a 4 point violation (with $85 fine) to zero points and an $89 fine (including fees). This was quick and efficient, other than waiting for municipal court to begin session (which Adam has no control over). A great result and worth the cost and time to appear. Thanks Adam!

Adam is such a great guy. He honestly makes you feel like he is really there for you, which he is. He is very attentive and responsive and always provides in depth solutions to whatever the case may be. I had a serious traffic ticket for driving while suspended along with a few other serious tickets ...and he assisted me throughout every step leading into my court case. I am very happy with the results and would strongly recommend him to my colleagues,friends and family.

Got 3 tickets for abandoned vehicle because tolling company tolled car away (all parking tickets were paid but somebody broke into through rear window). So car was never operated with all mentioned violations, it was parked there before license/insurance were expired. 1. driving with no insurance ...2. abandoned vehicle 3. driving with expired license. All tickets were dismissed. Thank you, Adam!!!
