Best Attorney

Mr.Pietruska is an amazing Attorney!!before hiring him I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be being I’ve run into some loser lawyers in my past ,but after being referred to him and reading so many LEGIT reviews that were definitely nothing less then accurate!I went on and hired Stanley the best deci...sion I could have ever made !with having a suspended license for more then 5 years and many tickets and fines owed and possible jail time I was afraid of facing this issue but Mr.Pietruska was there comforting me the entire time ,He made sure I was heard and I was going to get the best deal He could get !rather then paying up to 6,000 worth of fines and possibly not getting my license back for two more years Stanley got me a great deal where I only paid a small fine and I will be able to drive again in 30 days!!! There was one review that really stood out to me when someone stated Mr.Pietruska was (“SuperMan” ) this review stood out because it was the truth !because of Stanley my children and I will no longer be walking nor traveling in public transportation !I am beyond grateful I chose Stanley !can’t wait to recommend him to so many more people who are in need !best Traffic Attorney ever !Thank you so much !

Superman to the rescue.

Its easy to get in trouble and fall behind when you are not working for a while. I found myself in the position of owing close to $7000 in overdue fines (meaning old stuff I already plead guilty to in the 1990s). To make matters worse I was caught driving while suspended for the 4th time. When I we...nt to court the judge told me I was going to jail for at least 10 days if I plead guilty plus he wanted me to pay my overdue fines with money I didnt have. While having a drink at a local bar I was telling my story to a couple of guys and the bartender says "This sounds like a job for Superman". I just laughed. I didnt know that the "Superman" he was referring to was Mr. Pietruska. Evidently alot of people in Jersey City refer to him by that nickname because he gets people out of really tough spots. I went to see him and he charged me a very reasonable price, especially thinking about all I was facing with the judge. When we went to court, Mr. Pietruska spoke to the prosecutor and the police officer. He was able to get the police officer that he didn't 100% remember me or the stop as it was several months ago. He then asked the judge to dismiss my charges (including the driving while suspended and two others) and he did. Then the judge asked about the $7000 and Mr. Pietruska pointed out to the judge that I had been incarcerated for more than a couple of months back in the early 2000s on some unrelated stuff. The next thing I know the judge was knocking this penalty and that interest off and told me if I paid him $1500 within 30 days we would be even. I was so happy. Thanks to the lawyer know as "Superman" I have my life back on track. I have paid what I owe the court and I am retaking the driving test to get my full license back. I can't thank Mr. Pietruska enough he is the guy to call when you are in a bad spot.

Very Good Lawyer

I got arrested earlier this year when a buddy asked me to go to his old job, after hours, as he needed to pick up his final paycheck. My friend still had the key to the place so I thought everything was cool. Well we went there and he lets us in and he goes to the drawer and takes an envelope of mo...ney. I figure its all legit so not even thinking anything bad. Turns out they had a video and arrested him and I the next day. I was charged with Burgulary and was facing up to 10 years state prison. Having not been born in the US (Im from South America) I was told that I would have immigration problems if I got any conviction on this charge. One of my friends had used Mr. Stanley before and said he was a very good lawyer. I met with him and we discussed my situation. He told me what to expect and what his goal would be which was to get the charges downgraded or dismissed so that I would not get deported. He also gave me a lawyer fee that was fair and worked with me. We went to court like 5 times but at the end Mr. Stanley was able to convince the prosecutor to let me get a diversion program which would not give me a criminal record. I am really thankful for this second chance that Mr. Stanley gave me and would recommend him to all my friends

Awesome Lawyer

In October 2014, my son was arrested for armed robbery. His bail was $100,000 and he was facing 10 years with 85% even though this was his first arrest. One of the boys my son was with gave a statement against him and the victim identified my son as the one with the weapon, the prosecution had a go...od case. I was referred to Stanley by a friend and I have to say hiring him was the best thing I could have done for my son. The case moved slowly but Stan kept in contact with me every step of the way. In September 2015, my son was released into a drug program and did not have to do anymore time than the 11 months in the county jail. Stanley was able to get my son a second chance to get his life right. I would refer Stanley to anyone looking to get out of a tough situation.

A really super lawyer who won my tough case

I was pulled over in a Middlesex County town for DUI and possession of marijuana. I was driving and had stopped to make a left turn. I was checking my phone and didnt realize the light had turn green. With my bad luck, a cop was right behind me and he pulls me over. I get out of the car and as I wa...s walking back to talk to him, I stumbled and fell at his feet. As he was helping me up, I unfortunatey threw up on the cop's pants and shoes. He got mad and ends up cuffing me and they search my car and of course find my bag of weed in the console. (should never hide it there) They bring me in and charge me and the next day I went to see Mr. Pietruska in his office. I was referred to him by a coworker who had used him and said he was real good. We discussed the case and came up with a strategy as to how he would hande my case. Mr. Pietruska got the video of my stop and also the discovery paperwork. He met with me and went over everything. We went to court and Mr. Pietruska spoke to the judge and the prosecutor in the back. He then came out and told me he was arguing that he didnt believe the cop had probable cause to pull me over. The judge came out and put the cop on the witness stand. Mr Pietruska said to the judge that the officer had pulled me over because I waited 20 seconds after the light had turned green. He said as far as he knew, there were no laws in NJ that made it illegal for me to be stopped there 20 secs and the cop argued that I was blocking traffic. Mr. Pietruska then said to the cop, "how did you even know it was 20 seconds?" The cop said "because I have been an officer for 18 years I know". Mr. Pietruska then walked to the back of the court, stood on a chair and took a clock off the wall. He then said "officer, on my signal I want you to start counting and let me know when its 20 seconds". The cop ended up saying "now" when he thought it was 20 seconds. Mr. Pietruska (who was standing with the prosector and the clock in his hand) said "Judge, the prosecutor and I have this as between 13 and 14 seconds, not 20. The Judge said he had it at 14 seconds and that while he was not sure 20 seconds would be enough to establish probable cause, he was sure 14 seconds was not enough cause for a motor vehicle stop and he dismiessed all charges against me right then and there. An amazing job by an amazing lawyer. He saved my rear end big time. I would have lost my license, lost my job and a ton of money if I were convicted. I am forever thankful to this super lawyer. When you are in trouble and need a lawyer, there is no one else to call. He is the man.
