Wish I could give 100 stars!

If I could give Dan and his team 100 stars, I would!!! I was so anxious about navigating the legal system and retaining full custody of my baby, especially since I have a disability. Dan helped me to keep everything friendly and fair, and helped me and my ex agree on all of the arrangements. Then he navigated all of the barriers and got everything I wanted approved by the court. He was responsive, sensitive, and prompt, and even helped my ex, who didn’t have representation, to complete and file his paperwork. He went over every line with each of us to make sure we understood everything. And all for a price I could afford!!! Thank you so much, Dan!!

Brilliant Engaging Lawyer!!

You found your attorney!

I worked with Dan Miller and can highly recommend him! If you are reading this review, you are clearly in a tough spot - believe me, I’ve been there ;-) Is he the cheapest divorce attorney around? No, he is not. But you usually get what you pay for. Or in his case: MUCH more than what you pay for! I am so glad I had him on my side. Starting out, my ex-wife wanted everything including the kids. Thanks to Dan being a level-headed, but determined well spoken professional we quickly found a favorable solution for everyone. Fun fact: Dan did such an amazing job that my ex-wife ended up firing her own attorney and followed Dan’s lead to completion. Look no further - Dan is your man!

Great Attorney

Great Attorney

Dan helped us close on our house. He was very clear about everything we were signing, and he was great at adding a little humor to the serious situation. He even extended his help beyond the closing should we have any homeowner questions/needs in the future. Truly a great guy and a great attorney.

Divorce

Attorney Miller was extremely informative right from the beginning. I had a high conflict divorce and he was able to quickly iron out any issues that arose with ease. Because COVID-19 happened to fall in the midst of my case attorney Miller adjusted with these drastic changes of courts being closed. I personally recommend him for your divorce case. I found him through his great reviews online and I hope this finds other people who are in need of a great attorney!

Excellent Divorce Lawyer - Highly Recommend!

Professional, Calm, and Caring

Real Estate Closing

Dan supported my fiance and I with a real estate closing. From the moment we began working with him, he put our anxieties to rest with his personable and easy going demeanor while also remaining professional. When the day finally came for us to close on our new home, we hit a significant roadblock regarding our P&S agreement, and Dan was tenacious when it came to protecting our interests. He was forthright with us about the inequity occurring, and he took the stand on our behalf to ensure that inequity was rectified. Because of this, my fiance and I were able to proceed with our closing on time, and we became homeowners that day. We will certainly be keeping him in mind as we navigate our future should the time arise that we need representation again.

Highly Recommended

Attorney Miller really cares. He represented me in a custody case after we had used a local mediator for our divorce. I am only sorry I did not find Attorney Miller sooner. A completely competent and capable lawyer

I reached out to Daniel 6 months ago, when I was going through the most difficult time of my life. During my initial consultation I made it clear to him that this was a very dramatic and complicated situation. The very first situation he handled for me entailed multiple trips to the court house, a lot of time on the phone, and hiring a Marshall. He handled all of my requests and needs extremely efficiently. I am not the easiest person to represent, as being a mother of 5 keeps me very busy. Daniel was always to the point and never wasted my time. He gave me sound, practical advice and got the results I didn’t think were possible. I enthusiastically recommend him for anyone’s legal needs.
