I used attorney Nicholas for a disability case where I attempted to get Social Security benefits for numerous disabilities I concurred prior to August 2009. My case was denied twice before I consulted with Jeff in his office. I was desperate for help because I could not work and I had no income to support myself, it was sink or swim for me. His office was easy to find. When I entered his office and I was greeted and seated. My first impression was his concern that my time was also valuable as I waited no more than 5 minutes to be sitting with him for consultation. The facts were gathered and the mission began to obtain my benefits based upon my injury claim. As I prepared to exit post office I signed the necessary documents and was given contact telephone numbers. My second impression was when mr. Nicholas wrote his interoffice AND personal email address and FAX number and told me if I had any questions, concerns or problems I was given the option to email him directly which in my mind was unheard of but very welcomed. On numerous occasions I took advantage of this option and in my opinion expedited answers to some concerns that I had, I was able to update mr. Nicholas directly instead of having to leave messages for him, possibly leading to delays or inaccuracies in translation and most importantly I had an after hours contact. It made me feel very comfortable. Every single message that I sent was either responded to personally from Mr. Nicholas or a member of his staff in a timely manner. I really liked the FAX option because it allowed me to send documents to his office without having to make a special trip or spend money I didn't have on postage. Mr. Nicholas was so detailed with his submissions to the courts, the case was one without prejudiced with full reimbursement dating back to my file date and we did not have to go in front of administrative judge to prove the case. In closing, I HIGHLY recommend anyone with any type of disability case to hire the Nicholas Law Firm.
