A good lawyer
I engaged Kane after 4 years of going around and around with another lawyer. Kane was aggressive with my case, and wrapped it up in my favor within 5 months. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, and explained the various consequences when I had choices to make. He is easy to talk to, ...

Job separation case
I recently lost my job as a Physician Assistant and needed advice regarding the terms of a release and severance benefit, as I felt they were unreasonable. Kane Bennett Review
I began utilizing Kane's services about two years ago for guidance with a business contract. Some time and several projects later, the latest being this week, I can attest that Kane is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable.
"I have know Attorney Bennett for many years-he is an excellent advocate and a very effective and skilled trial attorney. I wholeheartedly endorse him."
"I have known Kane for several years and have always been impressed with his skills and knowledge as a lawyer. Recently I was invlvoved in a case with Kane and got a chance to see him in action. He was well prepared, knew his case well, was very quick on his feet and had a great courtroom demeanor. I highly recommend Kane for complicated business litigation."
"I have had the opportunity to work with Kane on several matters. He is an excellent legal tactician - Kane has an exceptional ability to spot issues, identify pressure points and to see the big picture; key skills to obtaining positive outcomes for his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer's work with good reason. Kane is a sophisticated and experienced attorney with the unusual aptitude of maintaing compentencies in both personal injury and complex business litigation matters. Not an easy task. First encountered this lawyer as an adversary working for a leading area defense firm at the time. I have referred matters to the firm that Kane established thereafter from time to time as well."
