Car Accident/Personal Injury Case
I was in a motor vehicle accident in October. I was injured and out of work and went to D’Olivera and Associates. My lawyer was Laura Cameron, and I worked with Pamela Duarte and Lisa Rose as well. They were fantastic, always keeping me updated on the process and available to answer my questions. I had never had a lawyer or dealt with anything like this before so I was nervous, but they put my at ease right away. My settlement was way more than I even expected. I highly recommend going here if you need help.

Very Happy!
Last year, I was in a car accident and was rear ended by a truck. I sustained some injuries and had to take a break from my favorite activities but with physical training and rest I was able to recover nicely. I was never pushed to seek medical assistance but was only asked what I was doing to recover. From day one, I found the experience to be a very comfortable atmosphere and I really did walk away from this experience fully satisfied with Laura Cameron and Lisa Rose. I think I was there for an initial meeting for a half an hour at their Warwick office and again for 15 minutes when going over my settlement. Clearly, it did not take my presious time away, I'm sure there was a lot of time spent behind the scenes which I was all too happy to not be involved in the process. I have never required legal support before and found my experience to have top notch customer service. I highly recommend that if you require legal support due to a vehicle accident to contact this Laura Cameron.

Review for Laura Cameron and Lisa Rose
Laura Cameron and Lisa Rose were my lawyer and paralegal respectively. I was in a car accident that injured my shoulder and neck. The other driver, who was at fault, had Progressive Insurance and I had USAA. My case was complex in that there were various government agencies that had an impact on my settlement. Laua Cameron researched extensively on what would be my best plan of action which was a tremendous and invaluable help to my case. Lisa Rose and Laura both kept in frequent contact, via phone, email, or office visits. The way my case was handled so professionally gave me complete confidence in both of their abilities, knowledge and advice. Among many examples that I could talk about, one time comes to mind. Laura reseached my insurance coverage and discovered a little known RI law that allows coverage to be piggy backed in certain cases which increased my settlement dramatically. I am very pleased with the outcome of this case and would recommend them to anyone.

Helped me get the money I deserved
I was rear-ended in March and my car was totaled, something no college student is ever ready to deal with or have to go through. Adding on injury from the accident, I wasn't sure what to do until a friend of mine told me she had used d'Oliveira & Associates after her accident last year. My mom and I decided to call d'Oliveira & Associates to set up a consultation. We were impressed with the professionalism of Laura and her team, and decided that hiring her was what we needed to do. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before and was very nervous going into it because I was not sure what to expect.
