Kristine Cummings came highly recommended by a good friend. I was in the early stages of what seemed to be a mostly amicable divorce. I met with Kristine and she thoughtfully and carefully talked me through the divorce process. It was evident in the first meeting that Kristine was highly intelligent ...and had a vast and concise knowledge of family law. She carefully listened and assessed the details of my personal situation and agreed to work with me. As things quickly became contentious with the other side’s aggressive lawyer, Kristine was a voice of reason; firm and direct in her insistence on “bringing the temperature down.” Throughout the process, Kristine never deviated from her commitment to what was best for my two children. (It is important to note that four attorneys prior had failed to achieve similar success.) Kristine has gone out of her way at every point to clearly communicate and keep me informed. She has also persistently provided the insight needed to see "around the corners" of our Napoleonic Massachusetts Probate System - which, as any Mass.
