A good person to know.

Hether started working with my attorney at about the two year mark of a length dispute over an estate. She is very easy to communicate with and clearly explains what is going on. She is supportive in her suggestions for appropriate action and responds quickly to questions. I think her skill as comm...unicator is very helpful when you are in the midst of an emotional situation.

So much better than expected!

Hether Cahill has been wonderful to work with. She is always professional, informed, and prepared. At the same time, she is friendly and sensitive to your needs, and has the ability to make you feel comfortable because she keeps you informed at all times of the situation . If I should ever nee...d professional help again, I will not hesitate to call Hether Cahill.

Fine attorney

Attorney Cahill is very smart. She wrote excellent briefs for my case. She was very attentive to detail, analyzed facts cogently, and presented them persuasively.

Relationship: Co-worker

"Over the past five years, I have had the opportunity to work together with Hether on a variety of complex probate litigation and appellate matters - two areas which frequently intersect with divorce and family law. Hether is smart, practical and has a exceptionally good rapport with clients. She is able to skillfully analyze a complicated legal issue and explain it in a way that makes sense to clients, counsel and the court. As our "in house appellate expert", Hether brings a tremendous amount of value to clients of the firm by avoiding the need to engage outside counsel when an appeal is on the horizon."
