Biography
David Rosen’s legal practice provides an integrated approach to estate planning. He focuses on providing clients with the peace-of-mind knowing that their life-savings will be preserved for their family and their wishes will be fulfilled.
Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, Mr. Rosen graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. His passion for estate planning began during his time in law school where he provided legal assistance to elderly clients at the D.C. Legal Aid Society. Upon his graduation, Georgetown University recognized Mr. Rosen with a pro-bono service award for outstanding contribution to low-income families.
Before forming Rosen Law Group, Mr. Rosen had a wide range of legal experience including a background in business law and trial work. Mr. Rosen worked in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins, LLP. He also served as a legal extern for the Honorable Reginald C. Lindsay, a federal judge for the District of Massachusetts.
Prior to law school, Mr. Rosen worked in the White House where he was responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of official social events for the President and First Lady.
These experiences give Mr. Rosen a unique perspective while helping families plan their estate. Mr. Rosen’s knowledge in civil trial law, business law, and the inter-play of the federal government helps him advise clients on how best to realize their goals while decreasing problems related to taxes, legal fees, family disputes, publicity, and other difficulties.
His overriding objective has always been, and continues to be, ensuring each client is satisfied throughout the estate planning process, an objective which is achieved through his personalized approach, knowledgeable advice and dedicated service.

He helped us create a plan that was long overdue
He helped us set up a living trust. We went to one of his seminars and he explained complex information in a way that made it simple. It felt really good to get the planning out of the way because we have been thinking about doing our estate planning for many years. So yeah -- definitely five stars.

We protected our assets from death taxes and nursing homes
Very hard-working and professional. We interviewed other lawyers but we liked him best. We got a revocable trusts and irrevocable trust. The revocable trust will protect our assets from government taxes while the irrevocable trust will keep our care costs down.

He handled a probate for me
I had a probate matter because my husband died suddenly. I live out of state but I had a bank account in Boston for our child who goes to college in Boston. Attorney Rosen did the probate for me.

He will keep my children from bickering when I pass
I met with David at his office and he asked me about the problems I was having with my children who fight a lot – God Bless them! He helped me come up with a revocable trusts so they don't fight after I pass away. Very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
