Excellent Lawyer

Jim represented me and my wife during the sale and purchase of two separate properties simultaneously. His counsel and work ethic are beyond reproach. He spent more time working through the kinks of our contracts than the deal deserved and was always forthright and responsive. I would highly recom...mend Jim to anyone in the Boston area seeking representation in matters of real estate. A buyer/seller would be hard pressed to find someone more capable.

Highly recommend James Heffernan

Jim went above and beyond for us during both the sale of our apt and the purchase of a new one. Our new place was new construction and there were several delays from the builders. Jim was a fantastic advocate for us and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone in need ...of a lawyer.

highly capable attorney

We provide a full range of environmental consulting services. Jim provided zoning, real estate, and environmental land use legal services to us. We also shared a number of clients in these practice areas. We were very happy with Jim's services.
