Biography
Mr. Benenfeld has the unique perspective of being a licensed attorney and real estate agent. As a licensed Florida Attorney since 1976, he has been practicing in real estate law and estate planning for the past 33 years. In addition to having a Master of Laws in Estate Planning, he is also a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the American Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association. He has also been a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys for the past 11 years. He was also the featured speaker at the Broward Real Estate Investors Association on the topic of “Land Trusts”.
With his legal and real estate background and knowledge, Bruce utilizes his expertise in assisting Buyers and Sellers to navigate their way through the complexities of real estate transactions so that clients can achieve their hopes and dreams.
