We hired Kevin at the recommendation of another attorney. He was confident that he could settle our case with a contractor who did work at our rental home and he did just that !! Kevin was always available for questions, he met with my husband on numerous occasions to discuss the case. He alerted us immediately with any response from the contractor. He also sent us copies of any correspondence between himself, the contractor and also insurance company. Our case was settled within one year. I highly recommend Kevin for any legal action you need.

Attorney Kevin Dwyer is extremely confident in his work and provides you with the best advice! He makes sure to throughly discuss the ins and outs of your case with you so that you are fully aware of all of the possibilities. Kevin made me feel comfortable from day one and I was confident leaving my case in his more than capable hands. It is evident that he wants the best possible outcome for you. Highly recommended!!

A few friends and I were planning to move in together, and had already begun the relevant paperwork when one of them was laid off at work, forcing us to renege and decline to sign the lease. Unfortunately, I had already paid a broker fee, and the broker refused to return it on the authority of another document I signed during the application process. Kevin drafted up a lethal 93A for me and helped negotiate the return of almost all my money--we didn't even have to go to court. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone in my position.
