This case involved 2 violations but Kevin saw that one was not given a hearing so he filed and obtained a dismissal . the second one he aggressively went after all appropriate information - obtained subpoenas of all related witnesses and brought ...to trial . Client was found "Not Guilty" . I believe Kevin was very supportive and gave this the time necessary . His summation of information to the jury was complete and well delivered.
