I wanted to get a police report of an incident in which I was falsely accused of filming someone in public (which is legal anyway) when I was only taking pictures of my wife. I contacted numerous attorneys. All of them either said it was too difficult and time-consuming or that it was easy and I can do it myself. I applied 3 times myself and never received anything. When I contacted Alex, he applied to the city police, the state police and the keeper of criminal records. He quickly received reports from all 3. Then he became my personal detective and tracked down additional information about what the police did with the incident. All of this took less than 2 hours and at a modest rate. All of the other attorneys were unhelpful and some of them were condescending telling me I should be able to do it myself, despite the fact that I showed them copies of the on-line forms that I filled out and there was nothing wrong with the forms. Many of the others were unprofessional and even arrogant. Some accused me of being guilty - despite the fact that the police went through every video and picture and found nothing. Alex was a great friend and saved the day.
