I would hire him again. Very through and Reasonably priced. Reviews the facts and does his homework. Kevin personally handled two issues I was having, one involved something that was decades old which I never knew of. Would hire him again without hesitation. Mike

I made a mistake and got screwed; Kevin made it right

A few friends and I were planning to move in together, and had already begun the relevant paperwork when one of them was laid off at work, forcing us to renege and decline to sign the lease. Unfortunately, I had already paid a broker fee, and the broker refused to return it on the authority of anothe...r document I signed during the application process. Kevin drafted up a lethal 93A for me and helped negotiate the return of almost all my money--we didn't even have to go to court. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone in my position.
