George Papachristos

I obtained George recently for a few different reasons/cases. A close family member had wanted me to have the best possible attorney, with “winning” results.. after doing extensive research on both George and several other attorney’s she came to the conclusion that without question, George was the on...ly attorney for me. George had almost instantly gotten back to me and after assessing me as a person, and information about the cases, he agreed to take me on as a client. George is a very honest and stand up kind of guy, who in my opinion represents people who he believes are generally ”good” at heart and worthy of his time. By this I mean, George will fight very hard for his clients, is very empathic and takes on that of which his clients do, good and bad. Meaning if you are negatively affected by something, so is he. He wants nothing but the best for you and will stop at nothing to see you through. George has represented me at this point, about 5 times at court, all of which went better than I would have expected with the best possible outcome. Recently was the one of the most important hearings and I truly believe, I couldn’t have done it without him. George is a terrific guy, very supportive, intelligent and kind. I would also like to add that his staff both of whom I have met (his associate) and also Georgie, were extremely helpful as well throughout this whole process. Georgie handles much of the calls and information processing etc. etc. is such an amazing woman! She is always so kind and doing whatever she can to help. While there is one remaining matter we are waiting to go forward on, I am completely confident George will handle it in the exceptional way he always does. I have had a few private attorneys in the past that while they were good, I didn’t have the same results or determination I experienced with George. George is overall incredible in so many ways at what he does and I would definitely without question, recommend him to anyone in need of hiring private counsel. I was never once disappointed or let down in any way, rather grateful and even blown away at how well he handled each and every aspect of the cases. He is very well liked and respected everywhere he goes, from court officers, to attorneys, district attorneys as well as the honorable judges present. I hired Att. Papachristos for a crininal case out of Malden court. His professionalism and manner made him stand out. I wrote a very positive review about George Papachristos back in September 2018. I heard the official results of my case today. He won as expected, and thanks to Mr. Papachristos's cross examining skills and ability to clearly discern the most complicated situations, the agency in question is now bei...ng reviewed by the state commissioner as to their actions during my case. After being coerced/forced into putting my daughter (16 and 1/2 years old) into voluntary custody of DCF months ago, all while going through a divorce, I am glad George came into my life. My daughter has a main diagnosis of Autism along with other issues, sensory, OCD, anxiety, shy bladder. Havin...g these diagnosis' she has her share of struggles. When she was not functioning at her best (because of her disabilities), I was blamed, as the mom, the finger has always pointed to me, which is furthest from the truth, I am the only one who tried to do the right thing for her. It is always easiest to blame the mom, the main caregiver, while the dad has done nothing to care for our daughter over the years, he has not seen her for parenting time since December of 2017. George agreed to represent me at the 6 month DCF review board meeting and my daughter is coming home this week. During the review board meeting George was professional and was able to speak for me when no one wanted to hear my voice. You cannot blame a caregiver for someone else's disabilities/struggles. George is honest, professional, continuously keeps you up-to-date on the case, listens and is beyond caring which is important in a time of uncertainty in your life. Before being referred to George I had lawyers representing me in my divorce case for a year and a half and George Papachristos and his legal partner, Mary Ellen, have done more for me in the past 7 weeks than my past Attorney's did in 1.5 years. I also have to thank Georgie, the Office Manager, she welcomed me with open arms and is so supportive. My daughter is ecstatic to be home, as am I, and she has a second chance to live her life, in her home, where she feels safe with her dog.
