Brookline District Court: Petition to seal allowed. BMC-West Roxbury: HPO order terminated. BMC-Central: Accord and Satisfaction prior to arraignment allowed – case dismissed. Cambridge District Court: Motion to dismiss charge of reckless endangerment of child allowed. Quincy District Court: Receiving stolen property charge dismissed at motion to suppress hearing – case dismissed. Suffolk Superior Court: Motion to dismiss felony larceny allowed. Taunton District Court: Client given pre-trial diversion for abuse prevention order violation. Falmouth District Court: Larceny charge dismissed day of trial – case dismissed. Quincy District Court: OUI Drugs, dismissed day of trial – case dismissed. Boston Municipal Court: Failure to register charge nolle prossed day of trial – case dismissed.
