I was facing an OUI, with a fire-arm, and child endangerment. from day 1 Malcolm was upfront told me it didn't look good on paper but that doesn't matter for much because that's the cops recount of the events of the night and not the actual facts and he didn't believe this was a slam dunk for the DA ...he said if we can get the oui tossed charges for oui with a fire arm and child endangerment have to be dropped too. I trusted his judgement and it was the greatest decision I've made in my adult life! atleast 4 times during my pretrial probationary period did I violate my terms and every time the DA wanted to revoke bail Malcolm kept me out of state custody everytime!! DCF wanted to reach out Malcolm told me what to say to them, havent heard from them since! a couple of times I wanted to just cop out and everytime Malcolm calmed me down and said let's be patient if we go to trial and lose its the same thing as copping out we might as well fight give ourselves a chance, he could have said screw this I'm tired of this guy messing up go ahead cop out and took my money and said have a nice day but he said "if you were my son my nephew, my relative I wouldn't let you cop out Ultimately I have to do what you want to do but I would fight this all the way just relax be patient" took his advice everytime. We go to trial this man is raising all types of doubts has the officer talking in circles on several occasions! for example the officer tried to say the ground wasn't slippery or icey and conditions were good enough where he gave me a field sobriety test at, Malcolm got the officer to say it was 21 degrees (below freezing) and wet from a snow storm earlier in the day. Malcolm got the officer to say he didn't have any other indication that I was intoxicated or reason to believe I couldn't operate a motor vehicle safely other than on odor of liquor! I'm sitting here watching this in real time and I'm not believing what I'm seeing or hearing it was like something out of a TV show and when the judge said NOT GUILTY......NOT GUILTY! I couldn't believe it! because there was enough on that body cam video to cringe and say yeaaa this guy might be a little messed up just a little! but Malcolm got it tossed!! not guilty that's Malcolm did that and I'm eternally grateful for this man's work!!! Thank You again Chris!

Attorney at its best… this man is absolutely passionate about his career and is very well up to his standards and knows the laws and protects his client keeping them jail free he beat a case for me actually a few but the last one we went to a bench trial at suffolk superior court and even the judge c...alled him brilliant I call him a wizard of law he knows his laws very well defense on point and very vocal in court room does a hell of a job I couldn’t thank this guy anymore he is the truth saved me from a screamer double digit sentence if your looking for a good attorney this guy will give u justice and he is very prompt thank u Chris keep doing your job …!!!!

Someone referred attorney Malcolm to me and I'm so thankful they did. When speaking to him I could tell in his voice he cared what I had to say and he cared about my situation. I’ve gotten to know attorney Malcolm over several years as he has represented a few people I know. No one ever wants to be put in a situation in which they require an attorney… but when you find yourself there you can rest assure this man will fight for you. He will get to know you. He has good kn...owledge of the law and loopholes. He was brought up by another high profile lawyer who is now retired.. and with that he obtained rapport with all the people you want to have rapport with. Let’s face the truth.. criminal law is a huge game with politics and quirks, etc. this man plays that game well to his clients favor. No lawyer can or will tell you any promises of freedom or victory.. but this man will make you feel confident you will get the best possible outcome. Personally I have had two separate cases dismissed. He has advised me in other matters that have benefitted me and protected me. Here are some outcomes I personally know of as they are friends and colleagues of mine: ML - was hoping for 12, max exposure was over 30… ended up with 5. WIN AN - had 4 year mandatory from previous exposure.. walked out with 2. WIN JP - had two dockets where he was obviously guilty and caught red handed - both cases dismissed. WIN HV - held on dangerous charges that normally can not get bail - but bailed. WIN THATS BATTING 1.0000. I cannot speak highly of him enough. He is worth every penny and I can’t say that about any other attorney. Plus this one has ethics and values.. just read his contract and you’ll know what I mean. No other attorney has these kinds of value you can believe and trust in.
