Biography
I am a Partner at Brooks Law and the Head of the firm’s Personal Injury Department, where I represent individuals and families in serious personal injury and medical malpractice cases throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. My work focuses on helping clients pursue compensation after life-altering injuries caused by negligence, including motor vehicle accidents and complex medical malpractice matters.
In recent years, I have recovered more than $10 million for clients, including a $5 million medical malpractice recovery, a $1 million medical malpractice recovery, and a $912,500 motor vehicle accident recovery. My approach emphasizes trial readiness, preparing every case as if it will go to trial in order to position clients for the strongest possible results through settlement or verdict.
As Head of the Personal Injury Department at Brooks Law, I oversee the firm’s litigation strategy and case development, working closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure cases are handled thoroughly, strategically, and with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes for our clients. Our department is dedicated to providing thoughtful representation to individuals and families facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Before joining Brooks Law, I litigated personal injury cases at one of the largest injury law firms in the United States, gaining experience in complex injury litigation and high-stakes cases. Earlier in my legal career, I served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where I prosecuted serious felony cases, obtained indictments, and tried multiple cases to verdict. That experience shaped my courtroom approach and commitment to thorough trial preparation.
I have been recognized by several legal organizations, including The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Lawyers of Distinction, and Boston Magazine Top Lawyers.
I am admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, and Kentucky, and remain committed to helping injured clients pursue the justice and compensation they deserve.
