Biography
I am a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Brooks Law, where I oversee the firm’s daily operations, strategic planning, and long-term growth. My work focuses on building efficient systems, improving the client experience, and helping our legal teams deliver high-quality representation across the firm’s practice areas, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, and immigration law.
I grew up in Wyoming, Michigan, where my family owned and operated a Chinese restaurant. Working alongside my family from a young age taught me the values of service, discipline, and resilience that continue to guide my approach to leadership today.
While still in high school, I co-founded A&E Fixit, an on-demand iPhone repair business that later became part of the Hatch entrepreneurship program at Michigan State University. I attended Michigan State University, where I earned my degree in Political Science while interning at the Michigan House of Representatives and continuing to grow my startup.
I later earned my Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2020. During law school, I gained experience in several areas of law, including public interest law, intellectual property, real estate, and tax law. I also worked with a technology startup and in the tax department at Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster.
During that time, I co-founded , a free legal resource platform designed to help students and young attorneys better understand legal concepts and career paths.
After passing the bar exam on my first attempt, I joined Brooks Law as an attorney and helped build and manage the firm’s Personal Injury Department. Over several years, I focused on developing systems, mentoring attorneys, and improving workflows while maintaining a strong focus on client service.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer, I oversee operations across the firm, including technology implementation, systems management, and strategic planning. My goal is to ensure that Brooks Law continues to grow while maintaining the high level of care and advocacy our clients deserve.
