also known as Justin Jordan
Justin Jordan is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Personal Injury department at Brooks Law Firm, where he dedicates his practice to representing clients injured due to the negligence of others. His work spans every aspect of personal injury litigation — from thorough case investigation and client communication to drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and advocating fiercely in court. Justin thrives on making a tangible difference in people's lives, helping vulnerable clients secure the compensation and justice they deserve.
Justin's commitment to empathetic, diligent, client-focused lawyering was shaped by a deeply personal experience during law school, when his mother was seriously injured in a slip and fall accident. That experience gave him firsthand insight into what injured clients and their families go through, and it shaped his vision of the kind of attorney he strives to be: one who combines genuine compassion with relentless advocacy. A first-generation college graduate, Justin takes immense pride in his journey — from a family in which neither parent graduated high school to becoming the first in his extended family to earn both a college degree and a law degree. It is a story of perseverance and dedication that continues to guide his approach to every case.
Justin's path to law began with years of community-focused work in the Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts. He worked as a Facility Supervisor with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, an Educator with the YWCA of Greater Lawrence, and a Therapeutic Mentor with Lahey Health Behavioral Services, guiding young mentees toward positive personal and academic outcomes. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he earned a minor in Legal Studies, was active in the Law Society and Political Science Club, studied Spanish, and was named to the Dean's List multiple times. During this period, he also worked as a Legal Intern with the Law Office of Christa Emerson, handling client intakes for Social Security disability matters and reviewing legal documents including deeds, wills, and medical records, and later as a Program Manager with Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley.
Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2019. During law school, he interned with the Law Office of Thomas Torrisi in Methuen, Massachusetts, performing legal research, drafting trial motions, and assisting on narcotics, firearm, and DUI cases. After law school, he served as Assistant Regional Counsel at Northern Legal in Lawrence, Massachusetts, for three years before briefly joining Pond North LLP as an Associate Attorney and then bringing his litigation experience to Brooks Law Firm's Personal Injury department.
A defining moment early in Justin's legal career came when he helped exonerate a client who had been wrongfully jailed. By hiring a private investigator and uncovering critical video evidence, he was able to prove that his client had acted in self-defense, resulting in the dismissal of charges and his client's release — an outcome that reinforced Justin's belief in the power of thoroughness, persistence, and justice. In addition to his personal injury practice, Justin also specializes in Child Welfare Law, bringing sensitivity and tenacity to cases affecting families and children.
Justin approaches every client relationship as a cornerstone of his practice, prioritizing empathy, transparency, accessibility, and teamwork so that each client feels supported, understood, and confident in their representation. His advice to clients reflects this same careful, protective approach: never sign anything you don't fully understand, and if it's important, always have a lawyer review it first.
Outside the office, Justin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, often found on a golf course or relaxing by the beach or lake, recharging for the work ahead.
