In my profile you can read what my clients have to say about me. I have provided information below about my qualifications, education and experience, and case philosophy and approach.Â
Â
I believe that selecting the right lawyer for your case can make all the difference in whether you win and how much you actually recover. For that reason my firm is involved with all aspects of your case including payment of your medical bills and obtaining your lost wages. Over the past two decades I have also become a trusted attorney to many injured police officers including members of the Boston Police Patrolmen's Association, MassCop, and members of numerous police departments.Â
Â
I also believe that if you have been injured because of someone else's fault, you are entitled to more than just full compensation; you are entitled to personal representation. I pride myself on examining your specific situation to ensure that the approach I take accomplishes your individual goals. Equally important, I keep clients updated on their cases and am personally available to speak with clients when they need me.Â
Â
I am a 1984 graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and a 1987 graduate of Suffolk Law School in Boston.  I have dedicated my law practice to personal injury law. With more than 25 years of personal injury claim and courtroom experience, I bring the varied skills that are necessary to succeed whether negotiating with insurance companies or lawyers, or presenting your case to a judge or jury, and I am also experienced in mediation and arbitration. For the second year I am the Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association's (MBA) "Sole Practitioner & Small Firm Section." I am an active voting member on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and in the Massachusetts Bar Association's House of Delegates.  I am also a member of the national trial association, the American Association of Justice (AAJ), formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). In 2013, Thomson Reuters named me one of Boston's "Super Lawyers" in Personal Injury Law, as was published in Boston Magazine.
Â
On a personal note, I have been married for 26 years and have two children, one graduating college and one entering college.  I love music and concerts, and am an amateur photographer, avid skier and  recreational golfer. I have also earned several black belts in karate and am a former Sensei.Â
Â
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your situation and potential case with you, and answer any questions that you have.
