Always helpful and available

I hired Jesse after my public defender wasn't doing as well as I had wanted. I was directed to Jesse due to his work with military veterans, and he was immediately ready to help me out. Jesse was always prepared for all court dates, on time, and always available for at least a phone call prior in ord...er to brief me as to what was going on and any strategies he had planned. I was so impressed with Jesse's performance, that I hired him again a second time and he continued to exceed my expectations.

Represented me in an OUI case.

Jesse represented me recently in an OUI case against the commonwealth. He really went above and beyond what was required by him as my attorney. He was flexible with me in regards to payment, he helped me get to my first court appearance due to lack of a license and really went in depth in getting to ...know me and my background in order to build a strong case in my favor. Without Jesse I would have had a guaranteed conviction. I’ve had two other lawyers in the past before Mr. Bousquet and I’ve never felt like they were invested in my case. With Jesse I knew he was invested and actually cared about the outcome, which really gives you a sense of ease and helps you know that he is doing everything possible to help you win. Even months later after my case was resolved, Jesse will periodically check on me to see how I’ve progressed since court. I strongly recommend Mr. Bousquet to anyone seeking an attorney.

1st offense OUI

Jesse was great he helped me with my first OUI and made it quick and easy. Jesse is very thorough and explains everything and makes sure you and him are both on the same page and understand what is going to happen. He made me feel super comfortable as I was very nervous because I’ve never had any tro...uble with the law prior to this. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Personalized Attention at a Reasonable Cost

Jesse served as criminal defense counsel for a client I was helping with a family law matter. Do you successfully helped our mutual client at a probable cause hearing so that criminal charges were not issued against him in a complicated and messy case. The desired outcome in both of my cases

Attorney Bousquet has represented me in two instances where I was accused of a crime. I consider myself fortunate in both cases to have had his expertise and passion to defend me. He is articulate, direct, and extremely sharp. In both of my cases, his ability to think on his feet and his command of t...he law carried the day for me, and I received the outcome I desired. I have had to hire defense attorneys in the past, and Mr. Bousquet's fees were reasonable and clear. I recommend Mr. Bousquet to anyone who needs excellent legal representation.
