Excellent help!

Jesse was very empathetic and quickly helped me draft a letter for my crazy roommate that was very concise and covered all the necessary bases.

Recommending Jesse Bousquet Jr.

I had to help a family member in need sell a property from outside the state. The property had tenants and I needed help to know what to do to handle everything properly. Fortunately I was referred to Jesse Bousquet Jr. - Jesse is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of landlord/tenant law. Jesse w...as compassionate with my situation and respected my desire to be compassionate yet affective. Jesse was clear in laying out information, actions, timelines and expectations. Thanks to Jesse's help I was able to collect all owed rent and work fairly with tenants to be able to sell the property for my family member. I definitely recommend Jesse to anyone in need of landlord/tenant legal help.

Goes to bat for his clients

I was lucky enough to be appointed Atty. Bousquet and he did everything he could to work with me, stayed in constant communication and never left me with a doubt in my mind of the end result, and even got my court fees waived because I was laid off from Covid . Great lawyer 10/10 recommend for any c...ase!

Exceptional attorney

My experience with Jesse was exceptional, I've never met a lawyer who was so professional yet so down to earth. He kept me in the loop, explaining our strategy clear and precise every step of the way. And in the end the outcome of my case was far better than I could have hoped for. Fantastic Attorney! Highly recommend!

I could not have been more fortunate to come across Attorney Bousquet after a friend of mine had recommended him. During the consultation, Mr. Bousquet explained all of the facts in a very clear and concise way which allowed us to choose the best path for us moving forward. He was certainly very conf...ident and knowledgeable in all aspects of the law pertaining to my case. I've never been completely familiar with the judicial system or how the court system operates and, at times, it was very intimidating, frustrating, and overwhelming. Mr. Bousquet provided my mind with a great sense of ease and assurance because of his ability to always make himself available to answer any of my questions and direct me to the appropriate resource. Mr. Bousquet showed tremendous compassion as he treated my family and I with respect and care. I also really liked how organized he was with everything pertaining to the case. I would strongly recommend Mr. Bousquet to anyone for any legal discrepancies they may encounter.
