If you happen to be involved in a DUI case, you need to have Dan represent you. He is OUTSTANDING. Needless to say, I got arrested and charged with DUI. Under the threat of losing my license for 6 months if I declined, I made the mistake of taking the breathalyzer test, which showed me over the legal limit and was strong evidence against me in the case. Rather than just plead guilty, I called Dan Cappetta. Dan got the police video and was able to argue before the judge that the breathalyzer test was administered incorrectly, and he was able to get the judge to throw the test out as evidence. When my case eventually went to trial, Dan was more than impressive. Although the DA presented a very good case, Dan was exceptional in his cross examination of the police officer who arrested me. Dan was well prepared and more than professional in the courtroom. The result was a Not Guilty verdict. Throughout the entire process, Dan was simply great. I met with him multiple times, where he would thoroughly explain what to expect in each of the court hearings. Never once did I ever feel rushed. He took the time and answered all my questions. I hired Attorney Dan Cappetta to help me complete some difficult court administrative actions requiring judicial approval. I was very anxious about the complexity of my case because two different courts were involved and I was pressed for time. Dan was very sincere from the first conversation I had with him. I was stunned because of how much my voice mattered to him. Always considerate of my time, Dan was able to schedule both petitions on the same day – the first court in the morning and the second one in the afternoon. When my court date arrived, I was blown away and touched by Dan’s fantastic performance in the court room. Dan was able to persuade the first judge to rule in my favor before I even knew what was happening. The second judge, however, was much more reluctant to agree to the petition. She seemed to have decided against me before thoroughly examining my case. Dan politely reminded her that my legal position was solid. He gently urged her to read all of the documentation that was submitted. Still, the judge was skeptical and continued to argue against ruling in my favor. Like a bulldog, Dan countered all of her arguments until the judge agreed to rule in my favor. Although Dan told me that he sounded good talking about me because I had a strong case, I doubt that an attorney without his passion, persistence, and commitment would have been successful in convincing a biased judge to rule in my favor. Instead of giving up after the judge disapproved several times, Dan fought for justice until it was delivered. Dan is a passionate attorney who genuinely cares about his clients. He helped me take my life back. I am very grateful to how committed Dan was to my case. If I wrote all day long, I still wouldn’t be able to express how wonderful it was to work with Dan. Hiring Dan was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made regarding any court proceedings. Dan is so well-prepared and passionate that you will never find a better attorney.

If I could give Attorney Dan Cappetta 10 stars, I would. I recently hired Dan for a very, very difficult case and without his knowledge, compassion, professionalism, and dedication, I don't think my family or I could have made it through the last year. Daniel Cappetta is great at what he does, I grew up in mass but live in San Diego now and Dan could not do a better job so far, this is the 2nd time I used him , Need a good lawyer? this is the guy
