Successfully received eviction judgment for nonpaying tenants

I am a small Boston area landlord and for years was fortunate to never have tenants who stopped paying rent and refuse to move out. Sadly, this nightmare scenario began for me in January 2023. It was a multi month process to evict the tenants and frustrating as I bled cash and burned through saving...s involuntarily subsidizing nonpaying tenants. The only positive to this ordeal was being introduced to Jesse. After working with him for months and spending a full day in court with him, I can attest to his professionalism and knowledge of the law. I am grateful for his counsel and without hesitation strongly recommend his services.

Top notch!!!

Jesse was incredible and trustworthy! His knowledge, professionalism, and sincerity made my experience of evicting my tenant bearable. I would recommend him to any landlord who seeks such services.

Competent and intelligent

Being very familiar with lawers i found atty. Bousquet honest sincere and genuinely devoted to his clients best interest. Great at writing motions and in their deliverance in court. I also found him to be a very hard worker . Always returned my calls and if he couldnt he would text me. But with him y...ou felt secure that he was a fighter in court and you would get the best outcome possible. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I only wish i had him for previous cases. Very satisfied with his knowledge expertise and his strong and impressive appearance and deliberation in court.

Fantastic Attorney! Highly recommend!

I could not have been more fortunate to come across Attorney Bousquet after a friend of mine had recommended him. During the consultation, Mr. Bousquet explained all of the facts in a very clear and concise way which allowed us to choose the best path for us moving forward. He was certainly very conf...ident and knowledgeable in all aspects of the law pertaining to my case. I've never been completely familiar with the judicial system or how the court system operates and, at times, it was very intimidating, frustrating, and overwhelming. Mr. Bousquet provided my mind with a great sense of ease and assurance because of his ability to always make himself available to answer any of my questions and direct me to the appropriate resource. Mr. Bousquet showed tremendous compassion as he treated my family and I with respect and care. I also really liked how organized he was with everything pertaining to the case. I would strongly recommend Mr. Bousquet to anyone for any legal discrepancies they may encounter.

Great friend/Even better lawyer

Jesse is by far the best lawyer I have ever used. His attention to detail is unmatched in the industry. He fights, fights, and fights some more to get you the best possible outcome. His counsel never steered me in the wrong direction. He got me what I wanted in a seemingly impossible no win situatio...n. If you need a good lawyer you need to have Jesse is your corner. This man is epic on so many levels.
