Ben is a very bright, sensitive and caring man. He does incredible research. Everyone of his write-ups for my complaint (charges, complaints, rebuttals etc) struck fear into the opposition. They were far better than anything they responded with which just made the opposition get dumber and meaner. Be...n anticipated their reactions.
