Ben fights for you - so you don't have to

Ben is highly capable and passionate about finding just solutions in an employment dispute. He took my case and confidently mediated for a fair separation agreement, all the while expertly advising me on the situation and the best options that he would fight for. Ben is also highly personable, em...pathetic, and believes that people should be treated fairly. I was struck by his genuine nature and enthusiasm for doing what he believes is right. Furthermore, when it comes to brass tacks, Ben gets you the deal that you deserve. He did for me, and he did so within just 4 days. He took the weight and worry off my shoulders, gave me some friendly affirmation about my ability to move on to a successful career, and made sure that I received an outstanding settlement. I will definitely call Ben whenever I need someone to fight on my behalf. You will not be disappointed, and you'll enjoy the experience of working with him.

Amazing advice in trying times

After being with an organization for close to a decade and having just moved my family across the country, my job was unexpectedly eliminated. Ben was my rock during a very turbulent time. He was responsive and provided me the information I had to have to work through my severance and non-compete. Hi...s passion for sticking up for the little guy is absolutely impressive. If you ever face this, you need to have somebody like Ben in your corner.

A lawyer with a passion to help people

When I was laid off by my formal employer in ways that I felt unfair and unjust, I contacted Ben to explore my options. As I started to explain the situation, Ben was able to very quickly grasp the key dimensions of my case. He educated me on the relevant laws and legal framework and based on which t...he different options I could pursue. Through the conversations, I found Ben both very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Unlike many other lawyers I met before, he seems to care genuinely the clients' interest and well-being. My decision to detain Ben to represent my case turned out to be a great decision. He was very responsive and kept me informed all the way. I believe he pushed as hard as possible for my interest and helped me to achieve the best possible result. I would highly recommend Ben for any employment related cases.

Boston Magazine called him a "Rising shining star", but I found him to be a legal guardian Angle

Ben is such a competent, brilliant, compassionate lawyer he should be knighted. But he one of the toughest guys (not just as a lawyer) on the street, in the courtroom and most importantly at the negotiating table. Ben spoke to me for an hour about my case just as I was retaining a Norwood lawyer. ...After winning probable cause findings Pro Se at MCAD I was exhausted, humiliated, financially compromised and unfortunately purposely being embarrassed as I had to deal directly with my boss, HR lawyers, 100% male work force and a very difficult work environment. I was so impressed after I spoke to Ben that I went back inside the Norwood law office, paid them for their time and took back my retainer. That was the best and the only decision I had to make alone ever again in regards to legal issues with Ben. From then on, every other decision I made included Ben's precise legal opinion, his carefully weighted options, his basic common sense mixed in with his savvy ability to read and react to opposing counsel and even the courts intentions or actions. Ben's rustic street smarts combined with his true friendship and compassion supported his being selected Best of Boston Magazine's top civil rights and employment attorneys' that year. The magazine said he was the young guy all the old lion lawyers sought out in employment and civil rights issues. Ben proves himself right at every turn and proved that Boston magazine hit the hammer on the head in selecting him as one of the best of the best of Boston's up and coming attorneys that year. Like me, you will know you have a legal guardian angle representing and watching over you each day if Ben agrees to represent you. Ben immediately takes your legal worries and burden off your shoulders completely, carrying the lot to fruition himself. It was amazing to see Ben preform on my behalf to my total satisfaction in legal areas needed by me. He not only saved my career, he propelled me into my next one, restoring my sanity, family and became my legal guardian angle.

Over and Above

Ben is awesome. He guided me through the process of my complaint through and after it's completion. He is honest and gave me clear, concise, advice considering all options that were available in my case. He was and continues to be available for any questions or concern, day or night, 24/7. Thorough, ...knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and committed to doing the very bests that he can do. Thank-you Ben!
