There is zero hyperbole in what all others have written here. Zero. Ben is that good. I have been working with lawyers throughout my business career, and Ben is indeed truly exceptional in all regards. His knowledge, agility, energy, work ethic, problem solving, creativity, communication and tempera...ment, as well as his interpersonal skills, are all grade A. I cannot praise him enough. Some lawyers win mostly by being relentless scrappers/fighters while lacking true expertise. while others are the opposite. Ben brings all the ingredients to the mix. In my instance he took on a very large, national law firm and their team of specialists, which employed any and all dirty tricks that they could to assist their client , my former employer , to find any way possible to escape their contractual obligations. There was no tactic too unethical for them. While they invented lie after lie after lie, Ben was simply more knowledgeable and smarter than their small army at every turn; anticipating and nullifying their every move . He demonstrated a sense of integrity that would challenge any negative stereotypes you have of lawyers. I believe most lawyers would have tried to settle quickly and move on. Ben fought for what was right as if he were a member of my own family and got me everything I deserved. He seems to take unfairness, dishonesty, exploitation personally. But he never loses his cool. Of note, I was referred to Ben by a lawyer that had worked several cases against Ben previously. That should tell you a lot as you look to make a critical decision about whom you want representing you. I have no doubt you could not find better representation anywhere or achieve a better outcome than with Ben.

Benjamin is a fantastic lawyer and a good person, that will fight tooth and nail for you, going above and beyond your expectations. He negotiated on my behalf after a layoff, and even though the employers contract was airtight, he go me more than what I was asking for. He took time to explain everyt...hing to me and answer all my questions and followed-up with me to make sure everything was still going well after the fact. I am now a life time client and highly recommend him to anyone in search of a fantastic lawyer that you can trust.
