There is zero hyperbole in what all others have written here. Zero. Ben is that good. I have been working with lawyers throughout my business career, and Ben is indeed truly exceptional in all regards. He demonstrated a sense of integrity that would challenge any negative stereotypes you have of lawyers. I believe most lawyers would have tried to settle quickly and move on. Ben fought for what was right as if he were a member of my own family and got me everything I deserved. He seems to take unfairness, dishonesty, exploitation personally. But he never loses his cool. Of note, I was referred to Ben by a lawyer that had worked several cases against Ben previously. That should tell you a lot as you look to make a critical decision about whom you want representing you.
