Biography
William Roa was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, and for the first few years of his early childhood was raised in Bogota, Colombia. Colombia is where he first learned the Spanish language. Thereafter, he and his family immigrated to the United States and settled in Worcester, Massachusetts.
In 1991, he earned a high school diploma from Doherty High School – Worcester, then in 1996, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, and finally in 2002, a Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law – Boston. In the meantime, he had worked for various employers, including city and state agencies, as well as, financial companies, and small to medium sized law firms.

Attorney Roa was diligent, competent and I felt strongly that he was on top of my case throughout the process. I was sued in small claims court and initially considered trying to handle it myself. Replied last May 19, 2020My questioning was not meant to make you feel uncomfortable, but obviously it did, and I apologize. Please understand that when I became aware that the statute of limitations, that is the time in which you have the right to bring a claim, may have expired I had to inquire as to why you were just now contacting a civil attorney. Furthermore, in civil cases damages are an essential part of the case, and thus, I had to inquire into that as well.
