Excellent representation. Highly recommend
Attorney Roa was diligent, competent and I felt strongly that he was on top of my case throughout the process. I was sued in small claims court and initially considered trying to handle it myself. My questioning was not meant to make you feel uncomfortable, but obviously it did, and I apologize. Please understand that when I became aware that the statute of limitations, that is the time in which you have the right to bring a claim, may have expired I had to inquire as to why you were just now contacting a civil attorney. Furthermore, in civil cases damages are an essential part of the case, and thus, I had to inquire into that as well.
