Highly recommend and grateful for his service!

I highly recommend Dakota Martin if you want an attorney that will win your case. Mr. Martin is a great defender, extremely knowledgeable, and helped put my mind at ease quickly! If you want someone who will get the job done, he is the attorney to hire. I am grateful for the work he did for me.

Great Attorney

He helped someone I love very much get out of trouble. He made recommendations for my loved one in order for him to help himself straighten out his life. He really went to bat for him. I highly recommend Dakota.

Outstanding Professionalism

I was arrested on an OUI offense and lost my license. I hired Dakota Martin to defend me in court. He told me what to expect and lead me professionally through the whole process. He was able to get me a jury trial in less than 3 months. Dakota didn't take a plea bargain or a continuance without a fin...ding. He didn't sway when the judge, the day of the trial, asked him to do a bench trail with no jury because it'd be quicker. He made sure to go through all the steps right down to hand selecting a jury. In the end Dakota Martin helped me win a Not Guilty verdict. Which is really more like winning your life back. I would hire Dakota again should I ever need legal advice or help in the future. Great lawyer.

Excellent Defense Attorney

Dakota worked tirelessly for us and managed to work an extraordinary deal that was almost unheard of and essentially saved my son's future. It is apparent that he truly cares about the welfare of his clients and he was always prompt in responding and very proactive in keeping us updated. He has my hi...ghest recommendation!

I give Dakota 5 stars because I'd call him again.

My case got serious after a magistrates hearing, wrongfully accused of attempted murder by a liar. My world went up-side-down. I'm glad I met Attorney Dakota Martin. Dakota cross examining, he shreaded the states witnesses tripping them in their lies. he directed the jury right to the evidence, cr...ushing the case, the jury took 30 minutes declaring my innocence. Look no further.

I greatly appreciate the accolades but I must clarify this one. The charge was Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, not Murder. I would agree though, it was a hard fought case that went the distance.
