Highly recommend and grateful for his service!

I highly recommend Dakota Martin if you want an attorney that will win your case. Mr. Martin is a great defender, extremely knowledgeable, and helped put my mind at ease quickly! If you want someone who will get the job done, he is the attorney to hire. I am grateful for the work he did for me.

Good Lawyer

Dakota Martin made a very good presentation before the Board of Appeal. He got a good result. Well-organized lawyer. Made me work too. Dakota Martin was able to work effectively with my Probation Officer.

Ughh, what a nightmare my life could have become, if I had not been fortunate enough to find Attorney Dakota Martin. I was wrongfully accused by the state for a crime I did not commit. Attorney Martin was beyond dedicated to ensuring I was not steamrolled by the state by clearly explaining the situat...ion and tirelessly working to expedite a positive outcome in my case. For a process that can normally take 6 months to a year to complete, Dakota had my case dismissed in just 4 months. He went so far as to delay the start of his family vacation so my case could be dismissed that much sooner. That is dedication and I just wanted to say “Thank you, Dakota.”

Mr Martin does excellent work. Explains in realistic and understandable terms what to expect and how he wants to approach a case. At the time he helped me with my case, his wife had a baby (congratulations!), and he was still readily accessible and willing to help. Had my case dismissed swiftly an...d effectively. Very professional.

Great lawyer!

Mr. Martin helped me with a very serious charge. I'm a military vet and he discovered some ways and helped come up with great ideas for getting my case dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone.
