James Edward Neyman grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts, where he attended Belmont Hill and later Buckingham Browne & Nichols High School. Attorney Neyman then attended Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, graduating Cum Laude and a member of the varsity hockey team. After graduating from college, Attorney Neyman worked in sales for several years, later becoming the District Manager for Russel Stover Candies.
His passion for the law, higher learning, and helping people were all factors in choosing to pursue a legal career at Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated in 1989. Attorney Neyman began working for Amabile & Burkly, P.C. during his law school career, where he was later hired as an associate. While an associate, he received extensive training and experience over the course of nearly sixteen years. Attorney Neyman honed his skills as an avid negotiator through litigating hundreds of cases during his tenure, ultimately achieving the title of partner.
With this experience, Attorney Neyman opened his own law firm, James E. Neyman & Associates, P.C., where he has maintained the same determined principles, along with the respect and care for his clientele. Mr. Neyman has run his practice successfully for over 10 years, where he continues to perform all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury, contracts, real estate, and employment law. Attorney Neyman has personally and successfully handled and litigated hundreds of cases and has an aggressive and loyal support staff who share the same values as he does in their work in representing their clients.
Outside of the office, Attorney Neyman enjoys spending time with his family and has coached youth soccer and hockey teams for many years in the Winchester Youth Travel programs. He was the recipient of the coach of the year award for his work in the programs. Attorney Neyman also appeared in Life Magazine in the late 60’s for his co-production of a short film titled “Bad Guys”.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Attorney Neyman for many years. I worked with him for about ten years when I was a junior associate. He taught me a lot about the practice of law. More importantly, he was a role model for me. He was always respectful with his clients taking the time to talk with them, provide a status of their case and advice them on the best course of action. I have referred my own family members to Attorney Neyman when they needed legal assistance. He is very experienced and highly skilled at advocating for his clients' best interests. I highly recommend him."
"Jim knows Pi law and has even contributed personally to case law which benefits injured parties in multiple victim accidents where insurance proceeds are exhausted."
