Fantastic lawyer

Amy was a fantastic attorney. Was very helpful with everything. Great communication with me throughout my whole case. Was great in explaining things and knew very well what she was doing. Would definitely hire her again if I ever need an attorney in the future.

Life Changing Events.

Life can change instantly. During a weekday lunchtime ride on public transit in early 2014, I was a passenger taking a short ride to Kenmore Square to go to the US Post Office and get a cup of coffee. Simple and routine. In route, I was accosted and assaulted by an unknown assailant, having been s...pat upon and bitten several times. Human bite wounds that required a month's long medical protocol of testing for HIV and other communicable/social diseases. With no prior criminal record, I was shocked to find myself arrested and charged with Felony A&B. The assailant, with a lengthy 20-plus year criminal history, was let go at the scene. I suddenly found myself in legal and economic peril, due to my newly damaged CORI. I was now unable to work, facing significant and certain legal/financial disaster, with the long range prospects of virtual or permanent unemployment. The chaos of the scene, against the backdrop of fluid facts and information, required immediate concrete professional legal and investigative help. Simply put, life as I had then known it had changed. Instantly. I first met Amy L. Codagnone during the arraignment of this matter, as my Court appointed counsel. After Amy beat the opposing prosecution on intial questions of bail/recognizance, Attorney Codagnone deftly won an early battle regarding a Preservation Order for video evidence that was decisive in how this matter would be handled months later. Amy's adroit use of skill and insight, laid the successful foundation for having this matter later dismissed. Amy not only won this case outright, but my personal respect and professional trust. Let me be clear, Amy beat the prosecution in this matter for one simple set of reasons: Attorney Codagnone was faster, smarter, tougher, more committed, and just plain better than the "boys" she faced. Period. I will never have to apologize in saying; I am represented by Amy L. Codagnone. While the facts and circumstances of these events were clear, the outcome hanging in the balance was anything but certain. The successful outcome of this matter was as much a testament to Attorney Codagnone's skill as it was her personal and professional character. Concise, strong and decisive, Amy's demonstrated courtroom skill and trial experience stands second-to-none and first among equals. I believe Amy to not merely be an "up-and-comer" or a lawyer new and "on the make," but an attorney of the highest grade caliber and skill whose time has arrived. That time of outstanding client service is now. Attorney Codagnone will be a giant within the Boston legal community for decades. It's with my profoundest gratitude, I present Amy L. Codagnone for your legal service needs. Call Amy today at 857-265-2166. Life as you now know it may hang in the balance. It may well be the most important call of your life.
